12 Children's Privacy & Age Restriction

The okeybet platform is strictly intended for individuals who are 21 years of age or older, in accordance with Philippine law governing casino-style gambling and online gaming. okeybet does not knowingly collect personal data from individuals under the age of 21.

During the registration process, okeybet requires all applicants to confirm that they are at least 21 years old and may request government-issued identification to verify this. Any account found to belong to a person under the age of 21 will be immediately suspended, all balances will be forfeited, and the matter may be reported to the relevant authorities.

We will take prompt action to investigate and, where confirmed, close the account and delete all associated personal data.
